In store :
Exchanges and credit notes are available on full priced items, not sale items. To be eligible for a credit or exchange your item must be returned within 7 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, must be unworn, must be unwashed, must be unmarked, must be unaltered and must be undamaged. It must come with the original swing tags attached to the garment. Any garments returned that is stained in any way or has been dry cleaned or damaged will not be exchanged.
To complete your return please bring your items to our store. Alternatively, post them to our store and email email@example.com with your order number and request.
Please note Black Orange reserves the right to refuse to exchange an item or provide a credit note should the garment not meet our requirements stated in this policy.
If you are returning your item via post, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Please note any costs for postage to send the garment back to Black Orange will be incurred at the customer’s expense. We advise sending with a tracking number to ensure the item is not lost.
